Being BALANCED is the BEST ever,

Most of the time or all of the time, being EXTREME person doing something results in a very negative state LATER, ONE DAY.

The normal person needs to satisfy set of personal needs, Sleep, Talk to others, Worship, Work, Play, Study, Read, Visit friends and family, Eat, ….

All of these needs are very important and required by different percentages, even if we don’t admit that,

We all have 24 HOURS a day to satisfy all of these needs,

From my experience, If you don’t satisfy ONE need for a LONG time, you’ll FALL and FAIL, you’ll face a lot of psychological problems and suffers a lot to overcome.
